SortFin Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users can request deletion of their SortFin data and what details should be included to help process the request.
How to request deletion
Send your request to [email protected] or call +91 8500205877. Include your organization name, login email address, and the WhatsApp number or numbers used with SortFin.
What data is deleted
- Organization data and settings
- User accounts linked to the organization
- Forwarded WhatsApp messages and payment proofs stored by SortFin
- Payment and expense records stored in the product
Processing timeline
SortFin aims to process valid deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal, accounting, tax, or dispute-related retention obligations.
